My name is Eric Wagner, I'm a music lover, listener, and player. Born, raised, and residing in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

"All music is folk music, I ain't never heard no horse sing a song." -Louis Armstrong. Honest folks write honest folk music, which is my approach. No matter the instrumentation or production.

I started my musical life when I was 6 years old, with the piano; my desire to know more grew, and continues to grow. I learn more every year, I write every month, I gig every week, I play everyday, and I listen to every minute.

Music has been in my body since I remember forming thoughts, probably even before. I play piano, oboe, english horn, drum set, guitar, bass banjo, mandolin, etc etc etc. I did the music school thing, earned a B.S. in entertainment industries and technologies, with an audio production emphasis and music composition and performance minor. (A long-winded way to say, I love this 'music thing' a lot, so I spent a lot of money learning more).

I stay busy, I'm in the recording stage of two L.P's and an E.P. for my beautiful, loving partner. I gig every week with my band, dresses with pockets, we play funk. I still make the time to listen: to music, to nature, and to you, if so desired. Most importantly, I spend a lot of time with my soulmate Myia, my cat Stella, and my dog Arrow.
